Epiphany of Our Lord Parish is a bilingual (english/Italian) and multicultural community dedicated to becoming a faithful witness to the Lord Jesus, striving to live the message of the Gospel and the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church and providing diverse opportunities for worship and spiritual growth while being attentive to the social and material needs of all people.

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) will begin for those who have registered. Those who have not registered and would like to learn about the Catholic Faith please contact the parish office at 416-499-2196.
   

  

Registration for the Sacrament of First Holy Communion and the Sacrament of Confirmation
Registration is open for Communion Grade 2 students and Confirmation Grade 8 students.
Requirements:
1. The parents and the child must be registered parishioners at Epiphany Parish.*
2. The family must have a meeting with the Pastor for Confirmation candidate.
3. Must attend Mass regularly throughout the year.
3. Bring a copy of the child's Baptism Certificate.**
4. A fee of $40.00 to cover the materials.

* If you are not registered, please go to the parish office (9:00 am - 1:00 pm, and 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm) and complete a Parish Registration form and also pick up a box of donation envelopes to obtain your registration #.
** If the child was Baptized at Epiphany of Our Lord Parish, no Baptismal certificate is required.

Registration for First Holy Communion for children in Public Schools (they have to go to Sunday school) is open for Grades 1 to 8 students. There will be a two-year catechism program for these children. Please register at the parish office during the week.

INDIAN CHILDREN'S MISSION
Epiphany of Our Lord Parish is part of The Congregation of The Sons of The Immaculate Conception (CFIC).  The CFIC is a religious missionary order dedicated to the care of the sick, education of the orphaned, poor and abandoned children in the world, following the Charism and spirit of the founder, B1. Welcome Fr. Jimmy and Fr. Antony
Fr. Jimmy Mathew Puttananickal, CFIC who achieved his post graduate degrees in Journalism and Political Science had served different schools and colleges in India; later served parish community of Mary, Mother of Redeemer, Calgary, Alberta. He will ministry in our neighbouring hospitals and in our parish.

Fr. Antony Varghese Chooravady, CFIC, was a teacher, Formator, Superior, etc in India. Then he was transferred to Rome and later to Canada. He was with Epiphany of Our Lord Parish at Scarborough 
for a while and then transferred to Immaculate Conception Parish, Woodbridge. Now he is joining once again to Epiphany of Our Lord Parish as a Pastor.

Thank you Cardinal Thomas Collins and the Superiors of CFIC for these new appointments.

Poster Contest Winners
Our Ave Maria Council of The Knights of Columbus held a Sacredness of Life poster contest for our grade 5's from Epiphany Academy Catholic School, St. Henry’s and St. Kateri Tekawitha. And the winners are . . . (click here)

Outstanding Altar Server's
The Serra Clubs of the Archdiocese of Toronto's 29th Annual Bishop's Altar Servers Award Ceremony took place on Saturday, October 18 at St. Issac Jogues Parish in Pickering. The Most Reverend Vincent Nguyen, Auxiliary Bishop - Eastern Pastoral Region of the Archdiocese of Toronto recognized for the outstanding service:
             John James, Joshua James and Alicia Subramaniam
We congratulate John, Joshua and Alicia for the achievement of this special honour bestowed upon them and thank them for their service at our parish.


Kids Who Care

For grade 6, 7 and 8 who want to explore your faith, meet new people, have fun and eat food, can register after each English Mass. Parents are required to be there during registration with $10.00. All are welcome and let's have fun!


The Legion of Mary
It is a worldwide organization of the lay apostolate, in which Catholic men and women sanctify themselves through prayer and spiritual work in union with Our Lady under the guidance of the clergy. (click here to learn more)

Food collection:
Every 3rd Sunday of the month non-perishable food is collected for those less fortunate in our community. Please do not bring expired food


Thank you to Epiphany Soccer League for the donation of Blessed Luigi Maria Monti statue that was erected on June 19, 2010 in the front garden of the church. Blessed Luigi Maria Monti is the founder of the Congregation of the Sons of the Immaculate Conception.
